The Little Mermaid - What is Included?
Below is a comprehensive listing of the set pieces, drops, and props included in each set rental package. If it is not listed then it is likely *NOT* included in the rental. Set rendering pictures can be shown with suggested set dressing items that are *NOT* included.

Premium Set
- SOFT PORTAL AND HEADER – a 42′ wide portal and header drop.
- PRICE ERIC’S SHIP – 14′ wide by 18′ tall( with mast) boat facade with two sails.
- ARIEL’S BEDROOM – a short post bed (no mattress, just the frame), door and see through curtains.
- PRINCE ERIC’S BALLROOM – 30′ wide by 17′ tall castle interior wall with fireplace unit, chandeliers
- CASTLE DINNING ROOM – 30′ wide by 17′ tall castle interior wall with fireplace unit, chandelier, add dinning table (not included)
- CASTLE KITCHEN – 30′ wide by 17′ tall castle interior wall with fireplace unit, remove chandeliers, add table and pots and pans racks (included)
- ARIEL’S GROTTO – 9′ wide by 9′ tall rock wall wagon with picture frame, no bust is included
- OPENED OCEAN – 40′ x 20′ soft painted drop with Prince Eric’s castle in the background.
- URSULA’S LAIR – a soft portal that brings in the stage window of viewing painted with green tentacle-like shapes.
- UNDERWATER DROP – 40′ x 20′ soft painted drop with bubbles and dark blue tones.
- BUBBLE GROUNDROW – Bubble round rows.
- UNDER THE SEA ROCK – two 10′ wide multi-tiered rock structures with florescent pink coral appendages.
Soft Drops
Below are the *only* props items to come with the set.
- UNDERWATER DROP – 40′ x 20′ soft painted drop with bubbles and dark blue tones.
- ABOVE WATER DROP – 40′ x 20′ soft painted drop with Prince Eric’s castle in the background
- URSULA CAVE PORTAL DROP – a soft portal that brings in the stage window of viewing painted with green tentacle-like shapes.
- SHOW PORTAL DROP – a 42′ wide portal and header drop.
Props
Below are the *only* props items to come with the set.
- URSALA’S CAULDRON – A metal framed carriage that rolls and can support 2 people complete with lights.
- ROPES – For Prince Eric’s Ship
Set Dressing & Furniture
Below are the *only* set dressing and furniture items to come with the set. Window treatments, table cloths, etc unless listed, are not included.
- POTS AND PAN HANGERS – wooden framed hangers with pots and pans for the kitchen.
- TABLE – Wooden Kitchen prep table.
- BALLROOM WALL LIGHT – For The Little Mermaid’s house.
- HANGING CHANDELIER – with real battery operated candles.

Front Row Theatrical Rental doesn’t have a set pricing table for its properties. Pricing is based on length of run and time of year as well as other factors.
